Welcome to Will You?. By creating invitations and sharing connections on our platform, you agree to the terms and guidelines outlined below. We've written these to protect the sincerity, trust, and privacy of your romantic moments.

1. Acceptance & Service Usage

Will You? provides digital scheduling and invitation tools to coordinate dates and social events.

You must use this service in a respectful, consensual, and lawful manner. You are solely responsible for the invitation messages, names, and customized metadata you write or share.

2. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Premium features require subscription payments or one-time credit purchases handled securely via Lemon Squeezy.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your customer billing hub.
Credits and subscription features are applied strictly following server-side receipt of signed webhook payloads.
Refund requests are processed according to Lemon Squeezy policies and applicable digital merchandise consumer law.

3. Custom Content & Uploads

Unlimited/Plus users may upload custom stickers. You must hold necessary intellectual property rights for any uploaded media.

We reserve the right to remove any uploaded custom stickers or terminate links that are deemed unsafe, offensive, infringing, or exceed account storage size limits.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Will You? provides scheduling templates and coordination tools. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability and are not liable for relationship outcomes, missed dates, or technical issues that affect date delivery.
