Welcome to Will You?. By creating invitations and sharing connections on our platform, you agree to the terms and guidelines outlined below. We’ve written these to protect the sincerity, trust, and privacy of your romantic moments.
Will You? is the supplier brand responsible for providing and supporting the software. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for purchases made through the checkout and handles payment processing, taxes, and returns.
1. Acceptance & Service Usage
Will You? provides digital scheduling and invitation tools to coordinate dates and social events.
You must use this service in a respectful, consensual, and lawful manner. You are solely responsible for the invitation messages, names, and customized metadata you write or share.
2. Payments, Billing & Refunds
Date Lock is a one-time purchase for one invitation, handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. It does not renew automatically.
- A Date Lock credit remains available until you use it to create an invitation.
- Credits are applied strictly following server-side receipt of signed webhook payloads.
- Refund requests are reviewed using the payment provider transaction record and applicable consumer law.

3. Custom Content & Uploads
Date Lock and legacy Unlimited users may upload custom stickers. You must hold necessary intellectual property rights for any uploaded media.
We reserve the right to remove any uploaded custom stickers or terminate links that are deemed unsafe, offensive, infringing, or exceed account storage size limits.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
Will You? provides scheduling templates and coordination tools. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability and are not liable for relationship outcomes, missed dates, or technical issues that affect date delivery.
